The Independent Appeals Committee chaired by Philip Evans KC has released its decision on costs for Mark King’s unsuccessful appeal. The Committee has made a costs order of £45,503 in favour of the WPBSA.
This brings the total cost order awarded to the WPBSA to £113,802.50.
